My packages can help your team members individually as well as in the office, educating them on nutrition, lifestyle and stress management whilst helping you work more efficiently as a team. A two hour presentation and talk £175
A 3 hour talk and presentation with a lunch included. The lunch will be a perfect example of a stress busting and affordable lunch for office workers. They will also receive a printed list with helpful tips, recipes and food choices £250 plus £4 a head for the lunch
A 5 hour day course in wellbeing and energy balance. With a lunch an snack provided. Will also receive a food demonstration and a pack with recipes, and advise. £450 plus £5 a head for the food

This pack is good for people who already live a reasonably healthy lifestyle but just need a little boost to help them manage stress and regain balance. A rejuvenation of diet and a few new tips to help them get back on the right path
One 75 minute assessment followed by a personal report with suggested diet tips, lifestyle tips, shopping list and recommended recipes £100
This pack is good for someone going through a big change i.e. becoming a mum, struggling with depression and anxiety, weight gain or starting a new business.
Three x 75 minute sessions by – weekly. Personal assessment of nutrition, mental health and lifestyle. Will create a structure plan to achieve what the client’s personal goal re weight loss, build confidence, to decrease anxiety and depression or a change in lifestyle. The client will also have access to email support £400
For people who wish to make a big lifestyle shift or want to change several things at one such as losing weight, overcoming anxiety and depression, starting a new job or business§ and creating a more balanced life filled with energy and confidence
6 x by weekly 75 minute sessions with regular assessments and a structured plan for reaching the client goals. Nutrition overhaul. Together we will work through your whole lifestyle from sleep to nutrition to feedback loop patterns with regular reviews.The client will also have access to emails and calls in-between sessions.
